1. Ordering, Shipping & Tracking

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, first go to the product page, which you can reach via the navigation. Then select the desired quantity of the product and click "Add to cart." You will now be redirected to your shopping cart. Now click "Checkout" and follow the indicated steps to place your order.

I ACCIDENTALLY ENTERED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE IT?
In this case, please send us an email to support@selurewear.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we will do our best to correct the error afterward.

WHERE IS SELURE WEAR SHIPPED FROM?
Selure Wear ships from a centralized international fulfillment center that allows for fast and reliable global delivery. While exact warehouse locations may vary depending on stock levels and destination, all orders are processed within 24–48 hours and typically delivered within 6–12 business days to the U.S., Canada, and Australia. The brand partners with global logistics providers to ensure safe, trackable shipping no matter where you are.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

Our delivery process is divided into two key periods:

Processing Time (24-48  hours):

  • Order confirmation, adjustment, quality inspection, and packaging.

Delivery Time (Approximately 5-10 Business Days):

  • The time required for your order to travel from our international shipping center to your delivery location.
  • Estimated delivery times for major destinations:
    • USA / Canada / Australia: 6-10 business days.
  • Holiday / Peak Season delivery times for major destinations:
    • USA / Canada / Australia: 10-15 business days.

Please note: Shipping times do not include potential delays due to customs and duties. Additionally, there may be longer delivery times during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day.

IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POSSIBLE?
Yes, we ship to United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Europe. On request, we can deliver your order to any country. Simply send a request to: support@selurewear.com

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
To track your order, enter the tracking number we've provided on our track and trace page. It may take 1-3 business days to see the status of your order after you have received the tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number from us, please send an email to: support@selurewear.com. We will then immediately notify you of your tracking number and the status of your order.

2. Returns & Cancellations

HOW TO RETURN SELURE WEAR?
To return, email support@selurewear.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason. After approval, ship the product back using the provided return address. Refunds are processed within 5 days upon receipt

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS?

CANCELLATION TIMEFRAME
You can cancel your order within 5 minutes after placing it. To cancel, please contact us at support@selurewear.com

HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM RECEIVING EMAIL FROM YOU?
There are two (2) ways to unsubscribe from our email:

  • One is upon opening the email, you may click on the "Unsubscribe" button at the upper right corner of the email.
  • Two is at the bottom of the email, you may click on the "Unsubscribe" link
